taking ownership for what I do Through 10 amazing weeks of the
‘Positivity and Stress Mastery’ workshop Karen has taught me
to take ownership of what I don’t want in my life anymore and
change it to what I do want.
simple enough but now I truly know how to do that. Some of us
had definite goals that we wanted to achieve and some of us
had no idea where to start.
Now I have many goals and a clear vision of how I want my life
to be. I know how to achieve them and best of all, I believe
that I deserve them!
