The whole purpose of life is to enjoy … when you do enjoy you are in the flow of your life and feeling purposeful.  Passionate people are driven by an inner fire that propels them forward.  Through the combination of what you love doing and your inner sense of purpose your dreams are possible.

This is about your ideal dream life not your possible reality life now!  So get out of your own way and allow your dreams to surface.

When you are clear, what you want will show up in your life, and only to the extent that you are clear.

Questions to ask yourself;

What do you love to do?  What kind of environment do you love to be in?

What kind of people do you love to be around?  What excites you, turns you on, gets you charged up? 

What are you good at?  What do people compliment you on?  What do you seem to do better than most others ? 

What are your unique skills and talents?

 

When we introduce a new idea into the brain there’s going to be an interesting confusion and cognitive dissonance at first.  It may feel uncomfortable. 

The brain doesn’t necessarily like new ideas, especially if they conflict with older beliefs that you have embraced in the past. 

So if you have spent years nurturing low self-esteem and you suddenly decide to introduce the notion that you are truly a wonderful person, two neural circuits must compete; the old memory and the new idea. 

When something new comes in the brain goes into an alert state.  You will need to remind yourself of this as you push through the discomfort and realign your life with your passions.

what signposts/markers along the way will you be noticing as you live passionately
ignite the detail of living your passions with daily intention
the real magic lies in imprinting your mental & emotional blueprint with imagery and visualizations and true feelings of those 5 passions

'Life circle satisfaction’ Coaching  

Have some fun with this simple exercise, it can be our lack of contentment that drives change rather than our desire for more. 

Awareness of what you don’t want and what you do want are useful and show a clear gap of where the change needs to take place – ‘your gap programme’.

To be living and creating your ‘Life Circle Satisfaction’ for your future it takes conscious planning;

Take a couple of moments now and rate where you are at on the discontent/contentment scale range between 1-10

Imagine there is a line between the words "Self Care" being at (1) measuring discontent and the outer circle being (10) measuring totally content.

Place a dot where your "intuition" feels you are at present, then once complete join the dots up around the circle.

This is an easy way of highlighting your gaps of lost potential, channeling  your focus and gaining insight for designing more balance to your new future ‘life map’.

‘Actualize your best self’ Coaching  

What if actualizing more of your best self was possible?

The power & freedom of unlocking or recoding how your MIND ’ s past programming is showing up and replaying as your life.   Maybe a good analogy is to think of your brain/mind like a computer hardware and software.  Your brain as the hardware  and your mind as the software – what programme are you running?  Does it need to be edited, or updated?
