You may wonder what I’m on about – yes we all breathe, but attending this workshop really will mean you are using the ‘power of your breathing’ to master your health, mind and emotions!
Many a client talks to me about not enough time, multi tasking, getting distracted easily, losing focus, routinely impatient, irritated, frustrated or anxious at some stage of their day/week? |
Experts predict that by 2020, depression will be second only to heart disease as the most disabling condition in the world.
The number one way I reduce my stress overload and increase my positive emotions is with these breathing tools. If you want to restore and reset mood, perception and health and enjoy more fulfilling days and relationships join me for this experiential breathing workshop.
In the 15 years I have been coaching in ‘health, life and what matters’ to clients I believe stress to be the number one contributing load on our minds and bodies. Altered cortisol and adrenaline regulation, increased sympathetic nervous system responses, exaggerated inflammatory responses, depression, heart disease, cancer and diabetes and the list goes on.
Ongoing stress causes biochemical & neurological imbalances that affect the way we feel about ourselves and the way we think about things in our life. Stress resets our nervous system to a new pattern that gets locked in unless we are consciously clearing the stress as we go.
The breathing tools you will learn will help to clear your stress and reset your patterns and regrid your emotional response system as you go!.
Because your autonomic (automatic/unconscious) nervous system is responsible for regulating your hormonal system, immune system, digestion, elimination, sleep and just about everything that automatically happens with your glands and organs, a healthy functioning autonomic nervous system is absolutely vital to your health and well-being.

In this workshop you will learn
Breathing techniques which will enhance your mind and emotions and enrich your quality of life;
Body scanning for awareness & relaxation & energy. Using your mental imagery with breath to deepen your awareness, relaxation and energy.
Breath Meditation Becoming an observer of your thoughts is very powerful rather than to be controlled by them.
Over time the ability to quieten and focus your mind will mean you are consciously creating your life from the inside out.
The power of appreciation with breath (heart lock-in) allows deep empowerment and coherence to align your mind, your nervous system and cardiovascular system and your emotional heart.
Mindfulness & present moment awareness happens more easily when you are able to breathe intentionally.
The importance of Mini breaks / transition zones in your daily life
Working with breath to enhance your emotional state & clearing your emotions as you go so they don’t back up in your system and then shut down your mental and emotional creativity.
As you will be aware once your emotions get disturbed they can quickly draw you back into old emotional habit patterns..or retrigger you to old stored feelings.

Why take the time to define your passions?
As you open to your inner dreams and bring them to the surface you can keep your attention on what really matters, rather than getting lost in the day to day ho hum. You will feel more energized to take action!
You will learn how to imprint at a mind level your top 5 passions;
Remember your mind is like a computer – whatever you input gets printed out as your life. Nows the time to make sure your aiming for the right target.
You will enjoy discovering & articulating 3-5 markers or signposts describing what will have happened when you are fully living your passion. These are the things that will tell you that your passion is alive and well in your life and that you’re not just reliving more of the past.

Close your eyes for a moment and imagine what life is like for you when you tap into your passions.
What does it feel like?
How do your days change when you are living this passion fully?
Are there any changes in the ways you interact with others?
What will you achieve having this passion daily in your life?
If you have found this exercise hard to do, join everyone else that I have taken through this process!
If you found it relatively easy then your ability to imagine is alive and kicking.
Either way this workshop will give you the tools to brighten your clarity, you’ll get to really feel the pulse of passion and know how to tune into the sounds of success. |
Our amazing brain allows us to remember, imagine and be living in real time awareness. All these ways of using our brain are different yet impact in the same way in our mind/body awareness…
How amazing is that – well it is amazing if we are remembering and imagining and creating reality in ways we love.
